Hello FB family!! Just letting all of you out there know that we are now the only Mexican restaurant in Gillette that offers a full bar with Modelo Especial as well as Dos XX Lager on tap!!! Come hang out with us during our happy hr times sun through sat between 2 and 5, as well as 8 to close for regular and jalapeno drink specials as well as bottled and draft beer specials.

Srry folks but after months of trying to port the number over, the company is still having issues!! We are open but if you've tried calling in orders I appologize...hopefully soon our number will be fixed again!!

We will be vending yummy tacos and burritos all this weekend out at donkey Creek festival come out and see us!!

I know there has been a few upset folks out there regarding the craziness these last few days, I would like to express my appreciation to all those who have braved coming in to the wall of people that were also excited to see the new place. owning, operating, let alone working in the restaurant/service industry is no easy feat and for those of you who understand and respect that I commend you. we have strived to provide the best service our hands and feet have allowed and I only ask that with ANY business opening or growing in size, you are patient and know that the kinks will be worked out and we will always provide our customers with the utmost service!!! thank you and we look forward to serving you!!:) Please share

Well, the time is finally here for all you Fiesta Fanatics. We will be re-opening our doors at our new location 311 S. Gillette Avenue tomorrow May 4th, at 11:00 A.M. Please share this status as much as possible and get the word out. Thank you!

Remember folks, today is the last day we will be open until beginning of may, so if you're wanting to get your Tequila fix be there by 9 pm tonight!!!

Posting to let the public know that we have decided to close tomorrow for easter. Please enjoy the holiday with the kiddos and loved ones and we will see you monday!!

We are posting to share the great news!! Thanks owed to alot including the previous owner, we will be moving our little restaurant to a larger, more central location formally 311 lounge on S. Gillette ave., in may. We will posting soon a temporary closing date for a short period to get the move completed and ready for our grand re opening!! Keep checking in for more formative dates and announcements. Once again, thanks to God and for all of our customers because this would not be possible without all your support! One year ago today we opened our doors to the public for the first time with apprehension and a little uncertainty..but a huge thank you goes out to all of you who have helped in our journey to this point and who continue to help us grow into what we hope to be....happy 1st anniversary from our staff to you, because without you this dream would not have become our reality!!<3
